LOUISVILLE, Ky.–The University of Louisville has received the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection’s 2013 Resource Caretaker Award for conserving state resources.
The award is one of three Environmental Pacesetter awards the cabinet presents each year to individuals, businesses and organizations that demonstrate environmental leadership.
UofL has worked on many fronts to integrate sustainability into its daily activities, its award nomination said. It has:
