LOUISVILLE, Ky. – A $600,000 grant from Anthem Foundation will make it possible for West Louisville residents who are at risk for cardiovascular disease to receive follow up health screenings.

The funding will help residents who were found to be ‘at risk’ during a 2007 wellness program sponsored by the University of Louisville and Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness to receive follow up care and additional screenings.
