His public talk through the McConnell Center’s fall lecture series is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. in Cardinal Arena, Swain Student Activities Center, Belknap Campus.

A Republican who represents Ohio’s 8th Congressional District, Boehner was first elected to House in 1990. His colleagues elected him as speaker in 2010. He previously served as House minority and majority leader.
