UofL’s Delphi Center unveils new classes for spring

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Delphi Center for Teaching and Learning at the University of Louisville has unveiled a line-up of new classes for spring 2011.

Most of the classes are at the Shelby Campus and begin in February or March. Costs range from $20 to $200, depending on the number of sessions and related expenses such as supplies or books.

“In the past few years we’ve seen growing interest in topics such as health and fitness, protecting the environment and enjoying wine,” said Anita Sturgill Block, Delphi Center assistant director. “So, we’ve introduced some new classes along those lines.”

Some of the new offerings for this year include:

    Cindy Hess
Cindy Hess has more than 30 years of experience in communications, marketing and investor relations, including more than a decade at UofL. She is "sort of" retired but happy to come back to the Office of Communications and Marketing to help with special projects and assignments.
