LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The public will have a rare glimpse of the artistic talents of prisoners from Kentucky correctional facilities during the Aug. 19-Sept. 25 “Bars to Walls: Inmate Art Expressions” exhibit at the University of Louisville’s Hite Art Galleries.
