Bonita “Bo” Brinly, catering director for many years at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, is the new director of catering at the University Club.
In addition to many years of experience as a manager of country clubs, hotels and restaurants, she has a degree in culinary arts and sat on the board of the National Board of Catering Executives.
She can help University Club members plan all kinds of events, including meetings, weddings, anniversaries and reunions.
