Xtrom Lounge After Hours @ the Library , held in the west wing of Ekstrom Library, was part of WinterFest 2010, a series of welcome back activities for new and returning students coordinated by the Office of First Year Initiatives. Students participated in activities including karaoke and playing Nintendo Wii and board games. There were also performances by DJ Phoenix, Project Improv and a magician. Refreshments included pizza and baked goods made by retired dean Hannelore Rader. The event was sponsored by the Student Government Association, UofL Office of Diversity, Information Technology and the University Libraries Advisory Board.
