If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar’s Office at regoff@louisville.edu or call 502-852-1544.

2.) School of Medicine Basic, Bridge and Collaborative Grant programs available

3.) New Microsoft Home Use Program available for faculty and staff

University employees covered by the Microsoft Campus Agreement now have access to a new Home Use Program (HUP). You may now purchase Office products for personal/home use for the low price of $9.95 each (back-up media is available for an additional cost of $13.99 each). The policy is one license per employee per the selected product version (Office or Mac but not both). You need to use your @louisville.edu address when downloading the product.

Work-At-Home (WAH) products have been available to university employees through the Microsoft Campus Agreement (MCA) for several years. WAH allows current faculty and staff to use Microsoft Office products and Windows Operating Systems (OS) at home only for university-related work. HUP does NOT include the Windows Operating System, but personal use is allowed. More detailed information about how to acquire home use is available here.
