Engineering expo returns March 1

    LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The University of Louisville’s annual Engineering Expo returns March 1 with student competitions, laboratory tours, hands-on activities and a keynote address from a representative of NASA.

    The event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the university’s J.B. Speed School of Engineering, is free and open to the public. It is sponsored by the Speed School Student Council and its theme is “Speeding to the Next Frontier.”

    A goal of the expo is to introduce students to opportunities available in the engineering field. Jennifer Layton, logistics management specialist at NASA, will deliver the keynote at 1 p.m. in Room 103, Ernst Hall.
