LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Hispanic tradition of celebrating the Day of the Dead will gain new life Oct. 30-Nov. 6 with public festivities in Louisville and southern Indiana organized through the University of Louisville’s Arts and Culture Partnerships Initiative, with assistance from the Latin American and Latino studies program.
