LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The effects of the attacks on the World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon last Sept. 11 have reached well beyond the United States. Geoffrey Hoon, the United Kingdom’s secretary of state for defense, will discuss the British perspective of the war on terrorism at the University of Louisville’s Brandeis School of Law Monday, Sept. 9.
