The University of Louisville Student Activities Board and the Red Barn Alumni Association are sponsoring the show.

Doors open at 11:30 a.m. The live broadcast starts at noon.

Louisville band The Silver Tongues, which released its debut album “Black Kite” in 2011, is the featured performer.

UofL students and employees can attend free of charge, but they need valid UofL IDs for entry.

SAB will offer attendees a free grilled lunch of hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks.

Since 2009, SAB has partnered with the radio station to host a few “Live Lunch” broadcasts at the Red Barn each year. There will be another “Live Lunch” broadcast from the Red Barn in October and two there next semester.

“Live Lunch” is a weekly concert at the WFPK studios on Fourth Street. The program features local acts or groups that are in town for performances later the evening of the broadcast.
