Because of safety concerns related to construction on the Speed Museum expansion, the Third Street entrance to the garage will be closed until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Faculty, staff and students who wish to park in the garage before 4 p.m. will need to enter and exit on the east side of the garage, near the College of Business’s Big Red sculpture.
Both entrances will be available for entry and exit after 4 p.m.
A gate will be closed at Third Street each morning, forcing pedestrians and traffic to detour around the construction. Pedestrians are advised to enter campus via the College of Business walkway just north of the construction site. Drivers should enter campus on First Street, turn right onto Brandeis, then travel around Big Red toward the garage entrance just south of the College of Business. Directional signs will be posted by Oct. 28.
