DID YOU KNOW?
Did you know … Daniel Barlowe, who is finishing up UofL’s five-year MD/MBA program, was a starting offensive guard on the football team in the 2006 season, when the Cards won the Big East Conference and the Orange Bowl. After graduation, he signed to play in the Canadian Football League for the Edmonton Eskimos, was cut on the last day of camp, and then managed a smoothie shop (“the most humbling experience of my life”) before returning to UofL to finish his education. Please join us for “Colloquia on Cancer Biology and Therapeutics.” Our speaker will be Sanyog Jain and the title of his talk will be “Nanomedicines for Effective Management of Cancer.” Dr. Jain is assistant professor, department of pharmaceutics, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, India.
