Dryden, MD, MSPH, MSc, associate professor of medicine and bioengineering, and director of clinical research, Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at UofL. Dryden will present “Pitfalls and Perils of Caring for IBD Patients: What You Can Do to Avoid Them.” He will focus on dispelling misconceptions regarding IBD care, providing management principles to improve patient outcomes and to examine recent trends in IBD therapy. As you develop and revise spring syllabi, the Sustainability Council encourages faculty from all disciplines to integrate themes of environmental, social and economic stewardship into your courses, research and service learning projects. In addition to our Green Threads Faculty Workshop, we offer sustainability discussion guides, online learning resources, info on sustainability research needs and grants, engaging events for your syllabus and an EcoReps program offering service learning, short educational videos and certification.
