Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 12:45 p.m. You may get your own foursome together or we can place you on a team. 3.) Tuition remission for Summer 2014 online form due
Attention all employees utilizing tuition remission for Summer 2014. If you have not already done so, please click here to submit the online form. Employees have until June 5 to withdraw with 100% refund for summer Term II. Withdrawals that do not result in a refund of 100% of tuition paid shall constitute unsatisfactory performance for the semester.

6.) Lunch and Learn: Interdisciplinary Dementia Assessment

This case-based learning session will demonstrate the process of interdisciplinary team approach and care planning for persons with dementia by the UofL Geriatric Team (GET). Sponsored by Kent School of Social Work, UofL OVAR/GEC and UofL Institute for Sustainable Health and Optimal Aging. CME category 1 is available for ACCME accreditation/approved by KBN for 1.2 CE/may apply for individual social work credit through KBSW. Pizza lunch is provided with reservations made by May 30.
